I am having the same issue of bought skin and texture packs showing as trial after the last two updates. Yes they show as being owned in the Minecraft store and in the ps3 store as well. Have tried to redownload all the packs multiple times in the past few days from both areas with no luck. Yes they take me to the correct store page from the MInecraft store. It seems many people are having this same issue since the last two updates.
And list which packs have shown as locked out of that list. You mentioned getting access to the Fallout pack, did you download this from the store at some point? Are you on a Bluray or Digital version of the game?
I have plastic, natural, city, greek and chinese mythology, fantasy, and the the skin 3 pack. None of them are being recognized. Yes, they show up as still owned in the store. I downloaded them again, but they're still flagged as trial packs when i go to load up my worlds with them selected.
Update. I still have access to the skin textures from the two mash up packs, and am able use the Plastic textures and not get the trial use pop-up. But the game is still flagging every other pack as being trial only. If I use the textures, I can't save the game. But all the skin files from these mash up along with the standalone skin 3 pack is still accessible.
I posted this on this complaint over on this site as well ( -5796 ) and am posting it here in hopes that the info may help the people looking into this (if there are any that is) figure out how to fix it. - I have tried everything to get the packs to work. Even completely deleting the game and all data for it on the ps3 and then reinstalling it all. Did not work. Owned packs of skins, mashups and textures are still showing as trial. Some are not even showing up in the menu at times at all. Like poof gone. Then a few hours later, poof they are back but still locked. It is very random as to what will work right and what will be locked every time I go to play the game. My game is a digital copy and I own, or should own, Natural,City,Fantasy, and Steampunk texture packs. For skin packs, Story Mode,Biome Settlers, Skin pack 2, Battle Beast and Skin Pack 1. For Mash-ups, Halloween,Greek,Skyrim, and Mass Effect. My guy seems to have no issues on the ps4 with any of them. At least not that he could see with a quick check yesterday. However he has the same issues on the ps3. His is also a digital copy and he owns the same packs I do.

I have a 9 year old son who lost his Dad in a plane crash a few months ago. He is using Minecraft to help deal with things and it made me sad today to see him so upset because the skin packs he spent his pocket money on are now a trial version. It's just not good enough!
Is there any way of doing this, or do I have to buy the full game in order to try it out? I've tried downloading ray tracing texture packs, such as the one below, but can't find any way to install them: double clicking on them just takes me into the game but doesn't seem to have installed them.
The new 1.18 update has opened up a horizon of new blocks, and the in-game world as we know it has transformed. Exploring this new world with realistic graphics will elevate the whole gameplay. There are hundreds of free and safe texture packs for players to choose from, which may lead to some confusion.
This realistic texture pack takes detailing to a whole new level. The texture pack offers HD graphics similar to RTX or any Java Edition texture pack. Each block in the game has given exceptional detailing, making them look ultra-realistic.
Players who do not find the default in-game graphics attractive can apply this texture pack to their world and convert it into a hyper-realistic one. The ores and armor look mesmerizing and even the grass block and stone blocks appear lifelike.
This texture pack does not add new textures to the game, but rather enhances the default texture by adding a 3D effect to it. The textures of each block look simple yet extraordinary, making the surface look more convincing and realistic.
From the x16 version to the x512 version, players can choose from a whole range of possible resolutions that they wish to apply. When combined with any shaders, this texture pack alters the world, making it appear animated and brighter than ever.
This texture pack adds a mind-boggling, realistic look to the game. The pack is available in four different resolutions, so even players playing on a low-end phone can apply this pack to the game. They can decide which resolution pack would suit them best without the lag effect annoying them in-game.
All the blocks, armor, weapons and even food items appear authentic and lifelike. This texture pack imbues a dynamic and spirited look to the game. Players can also combine this pack with other add-ons, which will enhance the game even more.

A texture pack is a collection of files that a player can import into Minecraft to change the appearance of the different blocks that are in the game. John Smith Legacy is a medieval-style pack. The simmering ores are one of my favorite parts of this pack. There is another pack called John Smith Legacy JSC which offers smoother rock and ore textures and other tweaks which would be worth checking out if you like the original.
